Registration fee ($185 for first year, $50 for second year) includes team uniform, megaphone, poms, and supplemental insurance. You may use the payment plan option, however all payments must be paid in full by July 27. Sign up online, below.

Each child will be assigned to a team. If she cheered for a team and has a uniform, she will cheer for that team again.

We try to be as economical as possible when ordering uniforms. We fit the uniforms to be worn at least two seasons. Final payment due by July 27, 2019.

Coaches

Coaches

Each squad has one coach. Want to volunteer? Sign up! All coaches must wear ID badge at all times and complete a criminal background check for felonies and child related crimes before being allowed to coach.

Games

Games

Games will be played on Saturday afternoons at Hall Middle School football field or Kangaroo Stadium beginning September 14, 2019 and ending on November 16, 2019. Keep an eye on the calendar for details.

Fittings

Fittings

Uniform fittings will be on July 20 or July 27, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm at Central Christian Church. Please wear swimsuit to try on uniforms. Everyone must be fitted at one of these dates. We will only have the uniform samples on these two days.

Practice

Practice

Practice is held at local schools or parks, once or twice weekly beginning one week before school starts. Practice sessions are typically an hour to an hour and a half. Practice begins the week of August 19.

Team picture day will be TBD and each cheerleader must arrive at Roo Stadium one hour before scheduled game time.

Fill out, sign, and pay online! We strive to make cheerleading signups as easy as possible to accommodate your active schedules. Be sure to fill out the form for each child individually. You will be taken to the online payment processor for each.

PEE WEE CHEERLEADING REGISTRATION FORM

First year registration pays for uniforms, poms, mega and cheer bag. Cheer uniforms are not normal sizes so we provide two occasions for fittings. Central Christian Church 9am to 12pm July 20 and July 27.

Second year registration pays for participation only. If last year's uniform doesn't fit, we provide two occasions for fittings (July 20 and July 27 - 9am to 12pm at Central Christian Church) and you can purchase new uniforms (or lost equipment) then. Check the website for dates and times.

If you choose to use the payment plan, you may register the child online and pay the first payment of $65. Second payment of $60 is due by July 21, 2018. Third payment of $60 is due by August 4, 2018. Cheer uniforms must be fitted. We provide two dates for fittings - July 20 and July 27, 9am to 12pm at Central Christian Church.

Payment Agreement and Uniform Contract

I agree to let my daughter, named above, participate in the Optimist Club Cheerleading program and will abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the club and the Cheer Director. I agree to have sportsmen like conduct for myself, my family, my child and any other visitor that may attend any game or practice. I agree to let the Coach, selected by the Club and Cheer Director, teach my child and will not interfere with the Coach's or Directors’ decisions. I understand the uniform will be worn for at least two football seasons and will size accordingly with the uniform rep and/or Cheer Director. If for any reason the uniform or any part of the uniform does not fit, I understand I am responsible for replacing it at the current uniform prices. I understand that any alterations that may be required is my responsibility and not of the uniform company and/or Club or Director. I understand that no part of the uniform will be ordered until the fee is paid in full and only one order will be placed each season. Once the order has been placed, no sizes may be changed and no fee can be refunded.

The following is the cost of the program for two seasons and I understand that I am responsible for paying all fees accordingly.

• First season fee: $185 (includes uniform, mega and poms)

• Second season fee $50 (if any part of the uniform does not fit, you are responsible for replacing it at current pricing)

• Shoes and extra “team” items, i.e. “team buckets”, are not included in the uniform fee and are at the parents’ expense if you wish to purchase them. These items are not required by the Optimist Club and are at your discretion.

Medical Authorization

By signing this form you, the parent or guardian legally authorized to do so, hereby authorize your child to be treated by any qualified, licensed physician who is available to do so, in the event the need for treatment arises and your family physician cannot be reached. If you are not present and an injury occurs, you give permission for your child to be transported to the local hospital emergency room for treatment.
