When the heat of summer descends upon Texas, the Weatherford Optimist Club takes to the kitchen to bake up the best peach cobbler in Texas. Available only at the Parker County Peach Festival, you can order yours in advance for pick up at the festival.

The Parker County Peach Festival is held in Historic Downtown Weatherford on the second Saturday in July. This year’s festival will be held on Saturday, July 13. 2024 marks the 40th annual Peach Festival.
Southside Baptist Church bakes and sells Peach Cobbler for this community event. Whole cobblers can be purchased for $30.00 each or individual servings are $4.00. Many people tells us they attend the Peach Festival just for our cobbler.
